1998: Football Writers Manager of the Year Cyprus Stephen Constantine Managed 4 Premier League sides in Cyprus, turning around their fortunes in a short space of time. His ability to get the most out of his players has become well documented and his track record supports that, perhaps his most notable success was with Nea Salamina who were languishing at the foot of the second division when he took over. They went on a 17 game unbeaten run and remarkably ended the season in 1stplace, following that up the following year finishing in 6thplace in the Premier League with the lowest budget in the league.
